ENTRY FEE: $35.00 per person payable in U.S. Currency. For non-bowlers there is a $5.00 charge for the buffet table. Add the name to the bottom of the entry form. Entries can be taken care of in person or mailed to P.O. Box 7922 ENTRIES MUST BE POST MARKED BY JANUARY 20, 2012. Entries are limited to 120 bowlers, 40 teams-3 people per team.
